Free Style: William Dear's Film Starring Corbin Bleu
Nov 7, 2008–Samuel Goldwyn has taken U.S. theatrical rights to William Dear's “Free Style” starring “High School Musical's” Corbin Bleu. Bleu plays a motocross racer vying for a spot on the Grand National team. It costars Penelope Ann Miller and telenovela star Sandra Echeverria.
Fox Home Entertainment got video rights from Rigel Entertainment.
Hollywood Records will target a soundtrack to tweeners featuring tracks from the Jonas Brothers, Nickelback and a new song from Bleu called “Moments.”
Goldwyn plans aggressive release on a minimum of
500 screens in February 2009.
