Management: Romantic Comedy Starring Jennifer Aniston Bought by Image
Nov 10, 2008–Image has bought all U.S. rights to the romantic comedy “Management,” starring Jennifer Aniston, Steve Zahn and Woody Harrelson. Pic, written and directed by TV scribe Stephen Belber, will be released next spring.
Aniston plays a tightly wound art broker who falls for the hopelessly romantic Zahn.
Sidney Kimmel financed and produced with Temple Hill partners Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey. Pic preemed at the Toronto Film Festival.
“We’ve made a multimillion-dollar commitment to bring this film to the bigscreen,” Image prexy David Borshell said.
The deal was negotiated by Image’s Wendy Rutland with CAA and ICM's Hal Sadoff as the project's co-representatives.
