Catwalk to Star Model Julie Ordon
May 18, 2008--Leading independent film production and distribution company Seven Arts Pictures, PLC has signed international supermodel Julie Ordon to star in the new horror film Catwalk. Ordon will be in Cannes to support the film that is currently in pre-production.

Catwalk follows the story of a stunning young woman who is taking the modeling industry by storm as she is drawn into the always exciting yet oftentimes dangerous world of high fashion, glamour and excess. The fact that the city is gripped by fear and speculation following the brutal murders of four supermodels is not even enough to slow her down. Only when a whirlwind of fame starts to threaten her sense of identity, she moves closer to discovering the darker secrets of who and what she is. Director of Catwalk is Anthony Hickox of Waxwork and Hellraiser III: Hell On Earth fame who recently completed another collaboration with Seven Arts Pictures, the suspense thriller Knife Edge, also available to buyers during the market.

We are thrilled to announce that we have signed Julie Ordon to star in Catwalk, said company Founder and Chairman Peter Hoffman. Julie has established a significant fan base from around the world throughout her modeling career and we are proud that Seven Arts will mark the first English language film for this versatile talent. The company is pleased to also announce that it has signed Julia Jentsch to star in Men Don't Lie. Jentsch who recently won rave reviews for her work in Sophie Scholl: The Final Days will appear in the film opposite Michael Madsen and Guillaume Depardieu.
